Set-Up

While the exercises in this workbook are designed to be safe and fun, some may create a mess. To minimize the potential for mess, it is recommended to:

Conduct messy exercises outdoors or in an area of your home that can be easily cleaned or you’re not concerned with a mess being made.

Wear protective equipment (suggested on the Materials page) to protect your clothing and body parts from stains and spills.

Cover the work area with protective sheets (suggested on the Materials page) to protect your furniture, floors, and belongings.

Have cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, sponges, and cleaning solution, readily available.

Be mindful of your surroundings and avoid spilling or splashing anything near electronics or valuables.

In addition to the above, please take the following safety precautions:

Always supervise children when they are conducting the exercises.

Use only the materials provided in the workbook or household items that are safe for home use.

Avoid using sharp objects or hazardous chemicals.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after completing the exercises.
